THE HEAVISIDE STEP FUNCTION APPROXIMATION WITH TAYLOR POLYNOMIAL OF EXPONENT

The Widder’s method is considered in this paper. It allows finding the value of original function using its Laplace transform value. This method is applied to Heaviside step function which is shifted on one point by argument. After that a special sum appears. The asymptotic behavior of this sum is interesting and is developed, and the theorem about it is formulated and proved.
