MEASUREMENT INFORMATION GATHERING WITH DISTRIBUTED MEASURING TOOLS IN REAL TIME

Describes an approach to the collection of measurement data in real time from geographically distributed meas-urement points, performing a preliminary assessment of the quality of the measured data and transmits to the processing center only a maximum of quality information. This approach provides a reduction in transmitted information by means of data transmission, thus reducing the time for the delivery of information and bandwidth requirements to communication channels.
