MODELING OF THE COMPOSITION MODIFICATION OF NONSTOICHIOMETRIC LEAD ZIRCONATE TITANATE FILMS DURING THE ANNEALING ON AIR

A nonstationary model was proposed. The model describes microscopic diffusion of intrinsic defects and their local interactions in nonstoichiometric lead zirconate titanate films during the annealing on air. The composition of PZT films was calculated in dependency on the temperature and the time of annealing. A possibility of the surface lead supersaturation was shown.
