THE PROCESSING OF THE RAMAN SPECTRA OF AMORPHOUS AND MICROCRYSTALLINE SILICON

This paper investigates handling features of the Raman spectra of amorphous and microcrystalline silicon. Program was desighned in the Labview programming package and was successfuly developed and testedon the experimental Raman spectras of crystalline and amorphous components. The coefficients of the expansion, as well as a comparison of the coefficients of expansion to the real physical properties of materials and structures based on amorphous and microcrystalline silicon was done.
