MATURITY MODEL OF QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM PROCESSES

The article presents the research of approaches to the process maturity assessment. The Robert Gardner maturity model, the Capability Maturity Model Integration, the Japanese model of sustainable growth and the Benchmark model of the Educational Institution Quality System. The maturity model of the educational institution quality system is proposed.
